With Brian Moss at his induction into the International Air and Space Hall of Fame.
Congratulations to fellow inductee Brian Moss, former President and Executive Vice President of the aerospace group General Dynamics Corporation. In 2007, Brian was awarded the National Business Aviation Association’s Meritorious Service Aware, which is the association’s highest award for service and contributions to the business aviation industry. His induction into the International Air and Space Hall of Fame was quite the celebration!
Gulfstream Aerospace is part of the General Dynamics Corporation and was our first OEM to include medical kits with automated external defibrillators, training, and MedLink as a value-added bundle with every aircraft sold. It brings back a vivid memory of a Flight Safety Foundation conference in Detroit, Michigan way back in the day. The Director of Flight Operations, Ted Mendenhall for Gulfstream, was in the audience when I gave my presentation and invited me to present later at their “Breakfast meeting” in Savannah, Georgia. This was a huge and wonderful opportunity for MedAire.and the beginning of our long collaboration. MedAire maintains a wonderful relationship with Gulfstream Aerospace to this day.
